Springfield Mind is governed in principle by a Board of Trustees.

The Board of Trustees is lead by a Chairman and they work to the guidance laid out as best practice by the Charities Commission.

We are very lucky to have a dedicated team of Trustees who work on a voluntary basis to strategically guide and oversee the Charity within it Memorandum of Understanding (our constitution).

The Board usually once every two months, the minutes of the meetings are published two months later to allow for stakeholder communication and auditing.

The most recent board meeting minutes can be downloaded

July 2017 here.

December 2017 here.
